they can hack the domain not the website because wapka have nothing to do with your site unless you disclose your panel password to untrusted person as far you are not using ftp in another server your site is secure try getting a secure domain that have https

1. Enable HTTPS on your site (you can get Free SSL support with CloudFlare - https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/administration/enable-ssl-cloudflare/).

2. Avoid using Freenom domains (as they are known to have a bad reputation).
