It is not possible to add native MX and FTP records from Wapka.org as it does not actually provide such features (such records when added in the past had no real functionality, they were just subdomains of your domain).

Regarding using Nameservers or A Record, the best thing to do is to use the A Record option as Nameservers don't seem to really work.
